The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom and a first floor family room with double, single and en-suite. Downstairs is a wet room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a patio with outdoor furniture and mountain views. With spectacular countryside all around and the watersports at Bala close by, Tegid cottage is a superb cottage for fans of outdoor pursuits.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio area with furniture and lovely mountain views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles. Pub 2 miles. Note: The ground floor of this property may be suitable for accompanied disabled. |

Bala is a market town in Gwynedd, Wales. It is situated on the north end of Bala Lake near to Baia, Frongoch, Cwmtirmynach, Llandderfel, Llanuwchllyn, and Llangwm and is one of nearly 100 towns and villages in Gwynedd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Swansea (population 169,880), and Cardiff (which has a population of 292,150 according to the 2001 Census).
As well as the delightful Bala Lake other attractions include the nearby Bala Lake Railway which runs along the former railways line of the Great Western Railway for 4.5 miles.
